The Migrant Education Program (MEP) Tutor provides supplemental academic support to eligible migrant students through individualized instruction designed to improve academic achievement. Working under the direction of the Migrant Education Program Advocate, the tutor collaborates with teachers, families and school staff to address students' educational needs, monitor progress and support the goals of the federally funded Migrant Education Program. This part-time position may be filled by either a classified or certified employee and requires flexibility to provide services during approved program hours. The position will require travel in and around both Adair and Russell counties.
